Exchanges:

Due to the custom nature of our rings, exchanges must be made within two weeks of receiving shipment for a size exchange or store credit. The Recycled Ring offers exchanges only and no refunds as all rings are made custom to order.

Please include your Name, Order Number, and reason for exchange.

After your exchange has been received a store credit will be issued via e-mail in the form of a discount code for the same value of your original purchase.

Tracking:

All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail by default. In order to provide free shipping these orders do not ship with a tracking number unless selected. We highly encourage our customers to pay for tracking. Tracking numbers are sent with our Shipping Confirmation emails. For lost packages, please wait 30 days for a one time replacement to be sent.
